Chris is the CEO of Zeren and Renoir, responsible for setting the company’s strategy and developing the global team. Chris has 20+ years experience of leading high-performing recruitment and search businesses, working with clients in USA, Europe and Asia across the investor and technology landscape.

Hetal is the CFO at Zeren leading all aspects of Finance and Operations across the business. Hetal brings over 20+ years of experience in business and financial management focused on the recruitment sector as well as broader, Private Equity backed companies.

Harry is Zeren's UK Managing Director and leads all permanent recruitment divisions across our UK business. Harry joined Zeren as its fourth employee, originally launching and growing our sales business and focusing on GTM functions for businesses across Venture Capital, Growth and Private Equity. Earlier in his career, Harry founded two tech start-ups, securing funding with a UK-wide presence.

Based between Spain and London, Julia has spent 20 years working in Search and Consulting, having co-founded and led teams at Cornell Partnership for over 8 years. She has since worked in Search, Embedded Talent and Interim, with a focus on Venture and Growth sectors.

Siobhain is the Global Head of Marketing for Renovata, ZEREN and RENOIR, based at the firm’s UK headquarters. She brings over a decade of experience in recruitment marketing and has spent her career helping high-growth, technology-focused search businesses build brands that are trusted by both clients and candidates. She leads the group’s global marketing strategy, shaping how the businesses present themselves in the market and ensuring their voice, insight and expertise are reflected consistently across every touchpoint. Siobhain is particularly focused on building a brand that is thoughtful, commercially aligned and closely connected to the people and stories behind the work.

Peter is the director of Zeren’s Data Practice, specialising in placing analytics, data science and AI experts into high-growth teams. Peter has deep recruitment experience, including founding and leading one of the UK’s first data-specialist recruitment boutiques, Full Circle Recruitment, which built highly successful long-term partnerships with leading data/tech, consulting, marketing and fintech businesses.

Paul is a Director at ZEREN, where he leads the Product and Technology recruitment team, partnering with some of the most exciting technology companies across the UK and Europe. He brings deep knowledge of the product landscape and specialises in placing senior product leaders who can help businesses scale, innovate and deliver exceptional products.

Bryonny is a Director of Product & Engineering at ZEREN. With over 16 years of experience placing some of the most sought-after product and engineering talent globally, she partners with ambitious companies to build leadership teams that enable growth, drive transformation and create lasting competitive advantage.

Kim is the Director of Design Partnerships at Zeren Global, with over 15 years’ experience in the design and technology recruitment market. She specialises in placing senior and executive design talent into high-growth, VC and PE-backed businesses, as well as ambitious corporate brands across the US, Europe and UK. Kim is known for her deep market insight, strategic approach to search, and ability to build trusted, long-term partnerships. She combines sector expertise with a high-touch, delivery-focused mindset to ensure clients secure the right leadership talent to scale and evolve their design functions.

Emma is a Director and People & Talent and is a Search Specialist with over 20 years of experience. She works with PE-backed organisations and global corporates to build and transform high-performing People functions, leading searches for senior HR and Rewards leaders and helping businesses strengthen their people strategy as they scale.

Eugene is a Senior Consultant within the Commercial team at Zeren. He has over 8 years of experience successfully partnering with VC backed technology companies who are scaling their commercial teams across Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success across the UK and EMEA regions.

Based in London, Nick is a Senior Consultant in the Product and Technology team at ZEREN, partnering with high-growth B2B and B2C technology businesses across the UK and Europe. He has a strong track record of delivering product and technology hires within VC and PE-backed companies, helping businesses build the teams they need to scale their platforms, products and engineering capability.

Oli brings to Zeren a strong track record of building high-performing commercial teams across the UK, EMEA, and the US for fast-growing B2B and B2C software companies. Known for his relationship management skills, he swiftly establishes trust, enabling effective partnerships and efficient go-to-market team expansion. Previously, Oli led Propel’s Executive Search function, specializing in senior hires across GTM, Technology, Product, and HR for high-growth, VC, and PE-backed companies, providing both permanent and interim talent across the UK, EMEA, and the US.

Jodie has a strong track record of building high-performing finance teams within high-growth, VC and PE-backed businesses. She has placed a wide range of finance leaders and specialists into critical roles, helping companies strengthen their finance function as they scale. Jodie is known for working as a genuine partner and is particularly hands-on during periods of change or transformation, where role requirements are not always fully defined.

Sarah is an experienced recruiter at Zeren, specialising in permanent recruitment across the UK and Europe. Sarah's focus is on roles within Marketing, Sales, and Post-Sales for go-to-market (GTM) teams in VC- and PE-backed software businesses. Her mission is to help build high-performing teams for some of the most innovative and high-growth companies in the tech space. By connecting top-tier talent with ambitious organisations, Sarah's aim is to support the creation of market-leading businesses through exceptional delivery.

Ashley is a versatile Marketing and Operations Specialist with a passion for executive search, digital content creation, and tailored advertising campaigns. With experience across North America, the UK, and Europe, she’s worked in-house, with VC firms, agencies, and RPO teams. Ashley excels in crafting bespoke marketing strategies, enhancing employer branding, and driving impactful projects in the VC, PE, and startup spaces.

Christina is an Associate at Zeren and part of the company’s Research team based in London. She aids the team in implementing extensive research strategy and providing the highest calibre of talent solutions within Zeren’s Commercial function.

Deya is a multilingual Associate at the Tech and Product Team within ZEREN where she supports leading PE and VC backed high growth software companies, helping them to source senior Commercial, Technology and Operations talent across the UK. She is an experienced recruiter with exposure to the start-up space throughout her career.

Priya is a Credit Control Manager at Zeren, supporting the group finance function.

Thomas is a Non-Executive Director of Zeren and the co-Founder and Managing Partner of Renovata & Company, based in London. Thomas has worked across the high-growth technology landscape for the last 25 years and is an expert search partner with a deep track record across VC, Growth and Private Equity.

Tony is the Chairman and a member of the Board at Zeren. In his role, Tony works with the CEO, CFO and Non-Executive Directors on strategic planning to ensure ambitious growth plans are achieved. During his earlier career, Tony held senior leadership positions with Korn Ferry, Spencer Stuart and British Telecom.

Mark join the Renovata & Company and Zeren board at the start of 2023. Mark has had an incredible career, having founded and led the SR Group over the last 35 years.
