20th January 2026ZEREN is pleased to announce the appointment of Sonia Flambeau as VP EMEA Central, South & MEA at RWS.
RWS is a global leader in technology-enabled language, content and intellectual property services, supporting organisations to grow internationally and manage their content securely and efficiently.
In this role, Sonia will lead and scale RWS’s commercial operations across Central and Southern Europe and the Middle East and Africa at a pivotal stage of the company’s growth. Bringing more than 20 years of experience across enterprise software and cybersecurity, she will focus on accelerating regional performance, driving complex enterprise sales, and building high-performing teams across priority markets.
Sonia joins RWS from Infoblox, where she most recently led Southern Europe and delivered 2x ARR growth in under two years, managing an eight-figure revenue number. Her track record spans senior leadership roles at Infoblox, Splunk, BMC Software, IBM and HP, with deep experience in building regional GTM organisations and leading multi-country sales strategies. Fluent in French, Spanish, Italian and English, she brings strong regional insight and a hands-on, values-driven leadership style.
