Zeren Partners with Re-Flow Field Management to Appoint Ben Threlfall as Vice President of Sales
ZEREN is pleased to announce the appointment of Ben Threlfall as Vice President of Sales at Re-flow Field Management.
Ben is a senior commercial leader with a strong track record of scaling B2B technology businesses across enterprise and mid-market segments. He brings deep experience owning significant ARR targets, building and restructuring sales organisations, and driving predictable growth in complex infrastructure-led and SaaS environments.
Most recently, Ben led EMEA Sales for an $85m ARR business, managing a ~50-person commercial team through acquisition and integration.
He joins Re-flow at an important stage in its growth, with a clear mandate to professionalise sales execution, build a scalable enterprise motion, and convert strong inbound demand into a structured outbound growth engine.
