Zeren’s UK Research Team Is Growing. Meet Mercy Kalu.

Having worked at a FinTech start-up for 6 months, I was fascinated by how high-growth Tech businesses operate and scale their businesses. One of the reasons I joined Zeren is because I was intrigued by how the company helps high-growth Technology-enabled firms to source and retain the right talent, specifically within the Executive Search realm.
Joining Zeren’s Research Team as an Associate has given me the opportunity to learn more about the wider Technology landscape, as I am conducting extensive, data-driven research on scaling Technology businesses, that are fuelled in their growth agenda either by Venture Capital or Private Equity funding.
Given that this is my first time working within the Recruitment sector, I still have much to learn, but my team at Zeren has been extremely supportive and are helping me navigate my way through Research that serves Zeren’s offerings.
The culture at Zeren is simply amazing. The collaborative nature and interpersonal relationships between the various teams makes it a conducive and welcoming environment for Zeren employees. The culture provides space for personal growth, which is great for someone like me in the early stages of my career.
It is too early for me to know what the future holds for me at Zeren, but I am excited to see how my career progresses. I would love to attain the level of competency I observe in my senior colleagues.
