Zeren Partners with SevDesk on Talent Strategy and Senior Hires

Zeren was delighted to partner with sevdesk ahead of their recent acquisition by Cegid. Over the course of a 6-month project we were asked to design a programme that would coach and develop the internal Talent team with a series of virtual and in-person training sessions, to ultimately empower the talent acquisition engine for the future.

Our tailored training programme was built to upskill the in-house team, creating a scalable and sustainable approach to talent acquisition during a critical phase of growth.

Delivering Key Leadership Hires

In addition to this, we were retained to deliver 3 critical senior hires. As a result, we were very pleased to place Wiola Czerwinski as VP, Corporate Performance Management, and Julia Sponholz and Sergio Schuler as Product Directors. All 3 candidates are exceptional talents with experience working at some of Europe’s best tech companies.

With many years operating as a VC-backed business, SevDesk are entering an exciting period in their growth following their recent acquisition by Cegid, a SilverLake (PE) backed SaaS provider in Europe.
