Founded in 2014, Hotjar is one of the leading SaaS platforms for businesses to better understand customer behaviour , in order to help drive customer analytics and experience insights.
As part of their continued growth, they needed a Director of Experience Design to lead and scale the Design team, and to help guide the vision and execution of Experience Design for all of Hotjar.
Having recently been acquired by Contentsquare, Hotjar is going to be an even more exciting journey as they continue to scale.
