Incorpore has a global clientele exceeding 2,700 clients and an impressive 97% client renewal rate, and Epassi has already solidified its position as one of the world's foremost mobile payments providers for employee benefits. Now, Epassi seeks a dynamic and commercially minded UK Sales Lead to grow the UK commercial teams and further the success of Epassi/Incorpore in the UK region.
As the UK Sales Lead, you will be a key driver of Epassi's growth journey in the UK market, leveraging the strengths of both Epassi and Incorpore. You will play a pivotal role in transforming the sales function and go-to-market (GTM) strategy. Leading a team of experienced sales executives across their Direct and Partnership teams, your primary responsibilities will include enhancing employee engagement, increasing revenues through upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer relationships, and expanding the overall customer base.
- GTM Strategy: Develop opportunities and GTM strategies to achieve revenue objectives, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams for successful product evolution.
- Customer Relationship: Build and nurture strong customer relationships to maximize engagement and growth opportunities, considering Incorpore's comprehensive flexi-benefit platform.
- Incorpore Product Integration: Seamlessly incorporate Incorpore's extensive product offerings, including flexi-benefit solutions, into Epassi's portfolio and sales strategy.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of sales executives, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and high-performance.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Utilize your expertise to cross-sell and upsell Epassi's and Incorpore's offerings, implement new pricing strategies, and create a unified sales strategy within the organization.
- Alignment: Ensure alignment across teams impacting revenue, focusing on development, execution, and strategic solutions.
- Data-Driven Approach: Implement methodologies, key metrics, and reporting to measure success and drive data-based decisions.
- Sales Leadership: Minimum of 10 years of Business Development/Sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a SaaS environment.
- Diverse Exposure: Experience in both B2B and B2C contexts, with a proven ability to navigate the B2B2C landscape.
- Industry Expertise: Background in Employee Benefits, HR Enterprise SaaS, Edtech, or Workforce optimization solutions, preferably with a track record of scaling businesses from £5 million or more.
- GTM Strategy: Demonstrated capability to design, implement, and evolve GTM strategies and diverse sales and marketing methodologies, including direct/SMB and enterprise as well as partner/channel sales approaches.
- Operational Excellence: Strong operational and commercial acumen, adept at implementing methodologies, key metrics, and reporting for success measurement.
- Collaborative Leader: Proven ability to align efforts across teams impacting revenue, with a solution-oriented approach to development, execution, and strategy.
- UK-Based: Located in the UK and able to commute to offices in Burgess Hill/Haywards Heath.
