Group Accountant

This business is a high growth PE backed SaaS platform that is transacting within the dental and primary care industries. They have recently partnered with two very high-profile PE houses, who will support them to drive onwards to further domestic and international expansion. They will be doing this through a mixture of acquisitive and organic growth,

They have also been hiring high quality people into the business to support this growth strategy and looking to build out expertise in certain areas to better set them up for future high growth events.

Responsabilities

• Board and investor stakeholder reporting
• Business partner cross functionally with operational heads.
• Support the year end process including being the key contact for audit and tax advisors, including overseas advisors
• Production of single entity statutory accounts
• Produce Cashflow and covenant reporting
• Support the Head of Group Reporting with the integration and updates of the finance system
• Develop and maintain capex reporting including development spend
• Develop and maintain monthly overhead reporting and present to department heads
• Continuously drive the improvement and refinement of the function.
• Hunt down and identify improvement targets through detail orientated accounting.

Key Accountabilities:

Qualifications and Experience

•ACA, ACCA Newly Qual up to 2 years Post Qual.

Knowledge and technical skills

•Ability to identify, dissect and improve reporting issues in a fast-moving environment.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
