Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Global Head of RevOps to join a dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for optimising revenue operations and enhancing sales effectiveness through data-driven insights and streamlined processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to drive revenue growth and ensure alignment across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Independently identify issues and trends within Learnlight's GTM and Finance data reporting.
- Work with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other sales forecasting tools to ensure accurate sales and finance pipeline/reporting data.
- Proactively support sales and marketing teams with insights derived from commercial data to drive revenue growth.
- Process Improvement:
- Address challenges related to CRM data entry across multiple regions and GTM departments.
- Design and implement effective sales processes and KPIs in collaboration with the Sales Ops team and key stakeholders.
- Automate manual processes to improve data accuracy and alignment with finance.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage and develop a small team, starting with Emely Delgado (Data Manager), with potential future expansion.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with Nuria and other key stakeholders to implement sales performance measures and define necessary data.
- Ensure synchronisation of requirements across Heads of Sales globally, covering EMEA, LATAM, USA, India, and Global Mobility.
- Forecasting and Standardisation:
- Transition from total pipeline and weighted pipeline metrics to accurate conversion predictions for future quarters.
- Standardise sales reporting globally to maintain regional accountability and consistency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior RevOps, Sales Ops, or related role, preferably within a SaaS or digital learning environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other sales forecasting tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in managing and optimising commission processes.
- Familiarity with digital learning solutions and the unique challenges of SaaS RevOps.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving revenue growth through data-driven insights.
Location:
- Spain (Primary), UK or Germany (Secondary), Wider EMEA (Tertiary – preference for Spanish speakers and willing to relocate to Spain, UK, or Germany)
