We are looking for a Finance Planning & Analysis Manager to join our Finance & Operations team. This is a very diverse role that will work transversely between all internal stakeholders (HR, Strategy, Product, Legal, Tech, etc.). Within the Finance and Operations team, we are business advisors. We use data to help our internal stakeholders understand their financial needs. We ensure our internal leaders have the most up to date and reliable information that allows them to make the best possible decision to achieve our overall business objectives.

As a FP&A Manager, you will play a crucial role in the company by performing budgeting, forecasting, and analysis that support major corporate decisions of the CFO, CEO, and the Board of Directors. You will report to the Finance and Operation Lead and will be responsible for analyzing all aspects of business performance across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

Working as a Finance Planning & Analysis Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Budget and forecasting process, implementing the Financial modeling to analyze the company numbers with the representation in numbers in the past, present, and the forecasted future
  • Deliver monthly business review with analysis of variances and key learnings
  • Ensure timely reporting/tracking of company KPIs, including insightful commentary and recommendations
  • Develop KPI metrics as we grow, and improve reporting capabilities to give leaders forward-looking indicators. Track actuals throughout the month/week vs. forecast for key KPIs
  • Provide insights from data analysis for decisions that impact the future. Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Modeling of new business / revenue streams
  • Support senior management, analyze efficiencies, and assess risks involved. Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization

Requirements

  • MBA or masters degree preferred in Business, Finance, or Economics
  • Relevant international experience, working with multiples jurisdictions
  • 5+ years’ experience in finance (International SaaS companies, Start-up or tech company experience)
  • 8+ years’ relevant international experience in positions that require analysis, reporting financial results, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation of business impact and results
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge of Netsuite ERP systems (not compulsory)
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills (Minimum C1 level-proficient user)
  • Highly motivated and attention to detail person
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with changing requirements and priorities
