Good news! 1WorldSync is looking for an Account Manager EMEA Central to join our team in Cologne, Germany. 1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With approximately 550 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we’re seeking an Account Manager EMEA Central to support our growing global team. Reporting directly to our Director of Sales, EMEA Central, the Account Manager EMEA Central will play a key role in contract renewals and cross-selling to existing accounts for 1WorldSync. As Account Manager EMEA Central at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following: ● Responsible for existing customer management with a focus on customer loyalty and retention in the SaaS environment in the FMCG and Travel Retail sectors ● Implementation and further development of existing sales strategies ● Identify of cross-selling opportunities in the 1WorldSync portfolio to generate growth in close collaboration with the Account Executive ● Enforce price adjustments for existing customers ● Cross-departmental collaboration for the best possible customer benefit (e.g. Product Management, Professional Services) Required Skills and Experience: ● 3+ years experience in B2B sales and/or consulting in the FMCG environment and strong skills in identifying and developing new business potentials with existing customers ● Very good German and English language skills Desired Skills and Experience: ● Strategic sales experience ● Very good communications skills ● Practical experience in selling software solutions ● Experience in a fast and demanding business environment ● Working with individual performance targets ● Initiative and motivation ● Building and maintaining business relationships ● Analytical skills and skills in designing business processes Benefits: ● Flexible working hours incl. remote work ● Interesting and diverse tasks ● Close cooperation with international colleagues and customers ● Very good development opportunities ● Attractive salary combined with extensive additional benefits, such as subsidy for the job ticket, discounted Urban Sports Club membership, a job bike, free language courses, company health management, sports offers, free snacks and a company pension plan Additional Details: ● This role requires the candidate to have the authority to work in, and be located in Germany. ● This position requires up to 30% travel. ● This includes travel to potential new customers, trade fairs or workshops,
