I joined Zeren to be part of a very ambitious, international and fast-growing search company, as well as having increased exposure to working with high-growth VC and PE-backed software vendors, globally.
In my last role, I gained invaluable experience working with senior level stakeholders across a broad range of tech and digital companies across the UK, EMEA and the US.
Having previously run my own business for 10 years, I understand the importance of making critical hires to achieve growth aspirations and the pressure leaders are under to make the right decisions. I have learnt valuable lessons in the management of relationships with both clients and colleagues that translate well into the world of executive search.
When I met the team, it was clear that everyone shared the same values and constantly work towards offering the highest level of service to their clients; this, coupled with strong leadership and an effective, proven framework creates a clear road-map to success.
