Why I Joined Zeren, By Andreas Pietzarka

Prior to joining Zeren, I began my career as a Junior in a renowned Consultant office in Berlin, where my approach was to get in touch with businesses who put their focus either in high-growth, Digital Transformation or a larger, corporate change.

Collaborating in a high-growth environment gave me the opportunity to share my market experiences with my Clients, and support them by scaling their teams from the ground-up.

In furthering my career in this field, Zeren provides me with a truly professional environment, where I am able to personally and professionally grow. My highly experienced colleagues laser their focus on the same high-growth markets, supporting Clients that are mostly Venture Capital-backed or Private Equity-owned.

In May of this year, I was thrilled to join Zeren’s European team, headquartered in Berlin, as a Manager. In this role, I operate across the Commercial hiring landscape, and regularly partner with typically rapid-growth, scaling businesses, who place their focus on increasing either their teams, or their entire business model through future growth.

In possessing 6 years of experience working with Enterprise and SaaS-modelled Clients and Candidates in a team lead role, I’m now thrilled to be able to support my Clients at Zeren. I look forward to working in collaboration with our team of Research Associates, who possess a deep knowledge in the markets we operate within, in terms of Senior Management and Individual Contributor Candidates, through to Vice Presidents and Heads Of in the Commercial field throughout Europe.
