VP Product

A VP Product is needed by a scaling D2C Healthtech business who are leading the improvement of quality, accessibility, and affordability of healthcare for all. They’re doing this through an industry first combination of best-in-class tech, leading science, and excellent clinical care.

This opportunity will allow the VP Product to manage multiple products teams with a complex product set, multiple propositions with different international brands with operations across UK, US and Europe.

Reporting to the CEO, the VP Product will be responsible for setting and delivering the product vision to enable them to change the way healthcare is delivered on a global scale.

The VP Product will drive the business forward with energy and pace; and you will be the leader in the businesses aim to be completely product led.

One objective for this role is to optimise and enhance their current offering – increasing personalisation, optimising retention, and working with CRM, Growth and Marketing teams to increase the LTV of customer subscriptions as well as generating new customers.

The VP Product will enjoy:
. The responsibility of a complex product set with multiple product teams, with different propositions with a global remit.
. Work with the CEO and SLT to develop and champion a compelling product vision, strategy
and roadmap in support our goals and objectives.
. Creating a strong product culture including, rapid testing and learning; continuous innovation, true cross functional collaboration and building empowered product teams.
. Developing a strong team of product managers and designers by recruiting, training, and coaching.
. Developing processes needed to run product development efficiently, prioritise product
decisions, and launch products.

The VP Product should have:
. Demonstrable experience as a product leader for a start-up or scale-up business.
. Experience managing multiple successful product teams at once.
. Worked for a D2C or Subscriptions based, product first business.
. Experience building products for B2C or ecommerce businesses.
. Experience of making critical decisions and prioritisation calls based on data, insight, ROI and business context.
. The confidence to be the ‘Voice of Product’ for a growing, successful business where there has not been such a voice before.
