About the job:
ín this role, you will be to execute on one of Studocu’s highest priorities for 2024: develop and implement the playbook to move Universities through the ‘Growth Stage’ of the business model faster. To start this role will develop and implement the playbook in the US, and over time will expand this to other markets.

Your Job:

• Growth Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to transition our US Universities to the next stage of the business model;

• Data Analysis: Conduct deep data analyses to identify the opportunities for growth in the target Universities across all sides of the marketplace;

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to implement growth initiatives to achieve objectives;
   
• Testing and Scaling: Identify growth opportunities and hacks to test and scale based on success
   
• Business Governance: Report on the performance of your growth strategy to key stakeholders across the business

We are looking for a Business Growth Manager with skills as follows:​​​​​​​

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar growth-focused role with demonstrable experience working with Tech and Product user-focused companies;

• Demonstrated success in forming, implementing, and managing growth strategies in a dynamic environment;

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. Advanced SQL, and Excel proficiency are required;

• You are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in fast-changing condition
