We are seeking a Monetization Product Manager to join our rapidly growing EdTech company. Studocu was founded with the goal of providing equal access to study materials for students around the world, and today we have 25 million users. We recently received a $50 million series B investment and are looking for talented individuals to help us scale.
In this role, you will lead an international product team, setting OKRs, defining the product strategy, and fostering collaboration and efficiency within the team. You will also conduct market and user research, staying up to date on the latest trends in growth and monetization. Working closely with the Engineering Manager, you will develop product requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
Your primary focus will be on strengthening and promoting our Premium subscription, building a data-driven monetization and pricing strategy that balances user value and business value, and collaborating with external payment companies to ensure a smooth payment experience for students in over 80 countries.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Product Manager in an international start-up environment, with a strong background in fintech/payments, e-commerce, subscriptions, or marketplaces. They should be skilled in product discovery, experimentation (e.g. A/B tests), customer segmentation, and growth loops.
