Sr. Program Director – Financial Supply Chain

Job Summary:
As a pivotal leader within the Consulting team, the Program Director will be instrumental in cultivating robust client relationships, overseeing the successful execution of intricate cloud-based SaaS projects, and nurturing a high-performing team. This role involves establishing trust with customers and ensuring the delivery of top-tier customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the implementation services for assigned clients.
- Conduct implementation scoping and estimating activities.
- Foster and strengthen client relationships.
- Supervise project resources and deliverables.
- Address project issues/risks and manage client expectations, escalating when necessary.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and benchmarks based on completed projects.
- Demonstrate understanding of business processes and system architecture.
- Facilitate effective change management.
- Oversee 3-8 clients and their associated projects concurrently.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive consulting project management experience.
- Proficiency in functional or technical roles related to the implementation of large ERP systems.
- Independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in both English and French languages.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Bachelor's degree
