Sr. Program Director – Financial Supply Chain

​​​​​​Job Summary:

As a pivotal leader within the Consulting team, the Program Director will be instrumental in cultivating robust client relationships, overseeing the successful execution of intricate cloud-based SaaS projects, and nurturing a high-performing team. This role involves establishing trust with customers and ensuring the delivery of top-tier customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the implementation services for assigned clients.
• Conduct implementation scoping and estimating activities.
• Foster and strengthen client relationships.
• Supervise project resources and deliverables.
• Address project issues/risks and manage client expectations, escalating when necessary.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and benchmarks based on completed projects.
• Demonstrate understanding of business processes and system architecture.
• Facilitate effective change management.
• Oversee 3-8 clients and their associated projects concurrently.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive consulting project management experience.
• Proficiency in functional or technical roles related to the implementation of large ERP systems.
• Independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in both English and French languages.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Bachelor's degree
