We have partnered with a long standing client, Helloflex – to find a Solutions Architect to help transform and scale their technology function, operating as a No2 to the CTO.

Following the placement of the CTO end of 2024, we are proud to continue supporting them on their growth journey – as they continue empower SME's and intermediaries to better serve their customers through centralsied business tools, systems and ERP software.

HelloFlex, part of the Zvoove Group, is looking for an experienced Solution Architect to play a key role in modernizing our software landscape. With over 25 years of software development, we combine innovative solutions with existing systems. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging technological generations and defining a strategic technical roadmap. Additionally, you will contribute to integrations with other Zvoove entities, aiming for a unified and efficient software environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Modernization & Innovation – Lead the transition from legacy to modern technologies, balancing the preservation of valuable systems with strategic innovation.
• Bridge Builder – Ensure optimal collaboration between development teams working on both new and legacy software.
• Technical Roadmap – Define the course for modernization, innovation, and integration, aligning both technical and business objectives.
• Quality & Best Practices – Elevate our QA processes and ensure a solid software architecture.
• Documenting Architecture – Beyond designing architectures, you will document them in visual diagrams and create corresponding documentation for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Technical Point of Contact – Operate in an autonomous role, reporting directly to the CTO, making high-impact decisions for the organization.

What Do You Bring?

1. At least 10 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on software architecture
2. Extensive expertise in .NET and experience with legacy transformations
3. Experience with Delphi is a plus for analyzing and migrating older systems
4. In-depth knowledge of SaaS applications and cloud technologies
5. Strong communication skills – you guide developers in technical decisions rather than enforcing them
6. Hands-on approach – not afraid to work on Proof of Concepts (POC) or support developers in complex challenges
7. Agile mindset and experience with DevOps
8. Higher education degree (HBO/WO) or equivalent working and thinking level
9. Fluent in English and Dutch

Technologies & Tools

• Cloud: Preferably Azure
• Back-end: .NET C#, extensive experience with .NET Core and .NET 6+
• Front-end: Basic knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React & Angular
• Integrations: Extensive experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, and enterprise system integrations
• DevOps: Setting up and optimizing release pipelines
• Databases: SQL Server, experience with legacy databases and stored procedures
• Testing Strategy: Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing frameworks
• Security: Knowledge of software security principles and secure coding practices
• Microservices & Event-Driven Architecture: Experience with message brokers such as Azure Service Bus
