Sales Director EMEA

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS company to shape and scale it's Sales organisation. As Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales and building/leading a team of dynamic sales professionals.
This leading Customer Engagement Platform is used by 2500+ mid-market and enterprise clients in 50+ countries to maximize E-commerce growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales – aggressively expanding our customer base and generating new revenue
- Build and implement our Sales strategy
- Hire, train and lead a team of high-caliber Account Executives and Account Managers as the company grows
- Utilize CRM data to structure, forecast and manage sales activities and increase sales to meet revenue goals and company objectives
- Work closely with the leadership team to provide input into business development and align revenue strategies with the overall company objectives.
- Establish performance goals, metrics, and benchmarks
- Track and report on these KPIs in leading a world-class enablement program
Key Criteria
- 5+ years of leadership experience in B2C/E-commerce software sales with an emphasis on SaaS sales (MARTECH) preferred
- High level of self-awareness, self-motivation, ownership, innovation, and adaptability
- A deep understanding of customer needs and an ability to design sales processes that put the Customer first
- Passion, drive and desire to be part of a growing team that makes a difference to both our Company and our Customers
- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high-performing team
- Exceptional personal, verbal and written communication skills
- Prioritization, problem-solving and project management skills
- Must be motivated, mission-oriented and able to work independently
