Role Description 
Revenue Management Expert (Customer Success Specialist)

This function is a Revenue Management Expert (Customer Success Specialist) responsible for accurately processing the correct use of the SaaS tool, defining, developing, and helping to implement Revenue Management strategies. Analysis, interpretation, and actions related to product pricing, promotional pricing, understanding of shoppers and clients by segment, and product performance tracking in the channel. Additionally, this role is responsible for defining & updating the Revenue strategy framework & promo guidelines to maximize trade investment effectiveness in emergent channels. This position will be the main point of contact with our client’s team to ensure effective and efficient communication, collect and evaluate data from them, and generate relevant information for our customers.
 

  • This is a hybrid position; the candidate will be able to work from home but must be available to visit our clients when needed.
  • Must be business fluent in English and German.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact of Kuona in the region.
  • Deliver value in terms of insights, excellent service, and recommendations to guarantee business success agenda.
  • Serves customers by identifying their needs and matching them with our portfolio.
  • Development and management of econometric forecasting models and time series for the anticipation of strategic decision-making regarding pricing strategies.
  • Aids in sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
  • Manage the detection, communication, and assurance of the capitalization of opportunities in price strategies by product, market, and region.
  • Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.
  • Ensure continuous platform optimization and implementation to contribute a better understanding of opportunities in revenue management.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS University degree in Economics, Finance, and Actuary.
  • At least 1 year working in a fast-moving consumer goods industry (CPGs or retailers)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in an RGM role
  • Excellent use and understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • 6 months of experience applying mathematical models
  • Knowledge of analysis models for large quantities of data
  • 4+ years of experience with revenue growth management (RGM), pricing strategy, channel pricing, price metrics, and elasticity analysis.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Teamwork and Leadership skills
  • German fluent
  • English spoken and written
