A fantastic opportunity for an experience Sales Leader to join a leading FinTech SaaS company, to join as their Regional Sales Manager for the BeNeLux region.

  • Established in 2016, they employ 100+ driven professionals and has close to 16 million end-users on its platform

The role:
This company is looking for an energetic and highly motivated Regional Sales Manager with a successful Enterprise sales track record in the high growth FinTech software space. Your role is to use your commercial experience to build a strong desk by acquiring new logos.
Your goal is to take them on a next level on the BeNeLux territory by being part of the first team on the ground.
Your main aim is to help to develop them into a true leader in the SaaS cloud banking platform in BeNeLux helping with continuing their hyper-growth success story.

  • Open up net new Enterprise logos, across FinTech, Financial operators, and Merchants sectors in particular
  • Selling into green fields across the BeNeLux market
  • Drive your desk and focus on net new logo acquisition in Enterprise Account.
  • Lead Generation – Marketing, Partners and what you will generate yourself
  • Average deal €200k up to €3 Million ARR for large deals
  • Targets – Over €1M
  • Become the first hire/team on the ground in BeNeLux and help to build the team from Day 1 with the support of a Sales Development Representative based in the region, grow lead, and inspire the team
  • The need for mentoring and coaching team members and equally knowing when to make changes and acting on that is key

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Well versed in B2B and SaaS sales into Enterprise clients and across multiple verticals, experience / track record in FinTech, Financial operators, and Merchants sectors will be highly regarded
  • Proven knowledge of Fintech Software sales, and an established network of relationships in your market
  • Understanding of how to navigate complex deals with C-Suite stakeholders 
  • Experienced in developing suitable systems, processes and KPIs for driving all areas of the sales cycle and the sales machine – which most likely includes onboarding, demand/lead generation and field sales
  • Driven personality with an entrepreneurial mindset, ability to succeed in a highly autonomous environment 
  • Experience of working with PE-backed, fast growing software companies will be highly regarded
  • Experienced in a greenfield sales position / first person/team on the ground, opening a new territory with a team/ region will be highly regarded
  • Knows how to attract and onboard great talent to meet the goals of the business
  • Fluent in English + Dutch language
  • Excellent Oral, Written and Interpersonal Skills
