Role Summary: As the product marketing manager for our B2B SaaS company, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our go-to-market strategies. You will work closely with the product, sales, and marketing teams to understand customer needs, position our products effectively, and create compelling marketing materials that drive engagement and adoption. This role requires a creative, data-driven professional with a strong track record in product marketing within the SaaS or technology sectors.
It's expected that your focus will be on product positioning, competitive analysis, customer insights, and creating messaging frameworks to communicate FSW’s value proposition effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product positioning and messaging:
    • Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audiences and differentiates FSW in the market.
    • Collaborate with the product and sales teams to ensure consistent communication of product value across all channels.
    • Create messaging frameworks to align the team on how to articulate FSW’s unique offerings.
  2. Go-to-market strategy:
    • Plan and execute product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on goals and objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform go-to-market strategies.
    • Define and track success metrics for product marketing initiatives.
  3. Customer insights:
    • Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and other research methods to understand pain points, needs, and preferences.
    • Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for product development and marketing strategies.
  4. Content creation:
    • Develop high-quality, engaging marketing materials such as product guides, sales enablement collateral, case studies, and webinars.
    • Partner with the content marketing team to create resources that educate customers and highlight our product’s unique value.
  5. Competitive analysis:
    • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities for differentiation.
    • Provide insights to the product and sales teams to inform strategies and tactics.
  6. Collaboration and enablement:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to create and deliver training materials, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to sell effectively.
    • Act as the bridge between product and marketing, ensuring alignment across teams.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 4-6 years in product marketing, preferably in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
  • Expertise: Proven success in creating compelling product positioning, executing go-to-market strategies, and developing marketing materials.
  • Customer-focused: Strong ability to gather and analyze customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Creative and data-driven: Blend creativity with analytical skills to create impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Collaboration skills: Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Sector knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise B2B SaaS, project management SaaS, and/or digital infrastructure is a plus.
  • Global perspective: Experience in both European and US markets is preferred.
