We have an exciting opportunity for Pre-Sales based in the UK. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales team by leading the Enterprise and Service Provider pre-sales and solutioning activities. Acting as the bridge between sales, marketing, and customer delivery, you will help shape our Foresight Optima DC+ products to effectively meet client needs. Your responsibilities will include leading product presentations, developing proposals, and (initially at least), installing early POVs.
Please note that this position strictly requires the successful candidate to be currently located in the UK or be willing to relocate promptly.

Role & Responsibilities
- Take charge of the pre-sales technical and functional support activities for both potential and existing customers. Your role will be instrumental in bridging the gap between sales, customer delivery, and customers, ensuring a smooth and successful deal closure. This will involve leading product presentations, architecting and defining product-based solutions based on customer requirements and partner offerings, and developing compelling proposals that win deals. Additionally, you will establish yourself as a trusted advisor for customer decision-makers, influencers, and QiO's strategic partners.
- As a player coach and integral member of the commercial team, you will play a critical role in driving the short-term and long-term business objectives, serving as a catalyst for growth.
- Lead the entire pre-sales process, including the development of proposals, pricing strategies, and innovative product-based solutions.
- Facilitate client understanding of our products through engaging presentations & demonstrations.
- Collaborate closely with internal subject matter experts and technical architects to craft tailored product-based client solutions that meet their unique needs.
- Create templates and develop strategies for sales opportunities, enabling a streamlined and efficient pre-sales process.
- Provide support to both new and existing accounts, driving new business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Foster strong, enduring business relationships with clients, earning their trust and confidence through your exceptional expertise and service.
- Offer ongoing support to the customer delivery team, leveraging your pre-sales knowledge and experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience in the Software as a Service (SaaS) domain.
- A deep understanding of Enterprise infrastructure.
- Familiarity with key concepts and technologies related to big data, analytics, predictive analytics, data centre energy optimization and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Proficiency in MS Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities, enabling you to effectively interpret and analyse data.
- Outstanding cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with teams across different functions within the organization.
- The ability to establish and nurture relationships with both internal and external teams, fostering a sense of trust and collaboration.
