Our People Partner team works closely with leaders across our business to align people and strategy.  They contribute to the development of the organization’s strategic plans and objectives and  work across the organization to consult, advise, coach and influence our amazing team of Typeformers.   They are zealous advocates of Typeform Culture and values.  

 

About The Role

We're hiring a Lead Business Partner  to support our go to market organizations.  You will provide consultation and expertise in the areas of Organizational Design and Effectiveness, Workforce Planning, Team Effectiveness, and Performance Management. This role reports to the Chief People Officer.  

 

As a strategic business partner:

  • You will work closely with senior leadership to define and execute business strategies that enable organizational growth and development
  • You will ensure proper implementation and execution of our Total Rewards Strategy, Workforce Plans, D&I initiatives and similar programs across the organization
  • You will help facilitate, coach, guide leaders in the areas of  team development  and organizational effectiveness
  • You will use data analytics to drive decision-making, develop and interpret metrics in order to track progress and assist in achieving long-term goals and strategies
  • You will identify learning opportunities and requirements for your teams, research and recommend solutions that support employee development & succession plans
  • You will take the lead on key strategic people projects and work with cross-functional teams to define, develop and deliver these projects in line with department objectives
  • You will provide coaching, mentoring and assistance to other people team members to help them develop their people partnering capabilities
  • You will model strong partnerships with other enabling functions 

 

 

About you

Here's what we're after:

  • 10+ years of HR Business Partnering experience in a fast paced, high growth company
  • Functional expertise across the majority (if not all) areas of HR, including Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, Diversity and Inclusion, Culture and Engagement, Talent Development, Total Rewards, Employee Experience, and Employee Relations
  • Excellent judgment and the ability to make sound decisions independently
  • Innovative and out of the box thinker (because we like to set best practice trends) 
  • Solution driven who loves to build programs, own and manage projects
  • You don’t mind rolling up your sleeves and working alongside other teams to accomplish desired outcomes
