People Partner – SaaS platform

Zeren are delighted to be partnering with an Private Equity backed,  innovative SaaS platform who are transforming the way boards interact with data.

They have built a successful business over the last 20 years and are now in a phase of transformation and growth.

The People Partner role is a newly created position and will play a key role in the transformation of the People team.

The People Partner will report into the People Director and will be responsible for a full generalist remit covering:

• Learning and Development 
• Supporting on Change and Transformation projects
• Managing HR generalist queries 
• Interacting with senior stakeholders and supporting them with thieir People strategies
• Driving continuous imporvement and innovation in the department
• Implementing new People initiatives 

Candidate profile:

• Experience working in a lean, high growth business, ideally Tech
• Ability to work in lean, agile environments
• Experience working with senior level stakeholders in an advisory capacity
• Eye for detail and passionate about continuous improvement
• Happy to roll up sleeves and deliver across the full generalist remit
