About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Director of People Experience to help build a progressive shared services model that will support all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This business oriented, thought leading and visible leader will be responsible for delivering exceptional expertise, consultation, and direction in all areas related to end to end HR products and services for managers, employees, and HR. They will be responsible for  elevating, operationalizing, and driving improvements to provide efficient, effective, and compliant HR services. 

They will build on a strong foundation of technology and analytics, driving tech enabled processes and automations through systems and tools to streamline and create agile process flows, using data and metrics to make decisions and drive efficiencies. 

Reporting to  the Chief People Officer, this role will be a key member of the leadership team and will oversee a global team in operations, project management, technology, analytics, employee relations, total rewards and future of work  functions. 

About you

  • Experienced People leader who enjoys designing, building and iterating in a scale up environment
  • Resilient  and patient with the “as is” with ability to visualise and create the “to be” state
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of People experience strategies and the creation of an operational support model
  • Data driven and analytical, using systems, tools and metrics to drive efficiencies and made data driven decisions
  • Senior Leadership experience working with C level executives and collaborating at a strategic level
  • Proven track record as a People Leader, building and motivating high performing teams
  • Experience leading People Operations and COE functions
  • Ability to thrive in a passionate, high energy, fast-paced environment.
