The Opportunity:
A German-headquartered global leader in enterprise video solutions is entering a remarkable growth phase in 2021. As part of major investment into the business’s commercial teams, opportunities have arisen for a proven high-performing and motivated partner sales professional to join the team. 

This is an environment in which you will work with both cutting-edge technology and highly talented colleagues, whilst gaining exposure to some of the world’s most innovative enterprises.

What Will You Do? 

  • Take responsibility for the distribution of the platform to new customers through resellers (resellers, OEMs and manufacturers) in the DACH region
  • Recruit new sales partners by forming the top line strategy and actively hunting for new partnerships
  • Develop existing partnerships – building capacity and expanding capabilities within ongoing relationships
  • Conducting joint partner marketing campaigns and investing partner marketing budgets 
  • Achieving partner sales / channel sales targets set with partners through business planning and the implementation of a partner sales / channel sales cadence
  • Take an active role in collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Professional Services etc.)

About You:

  • You are a native-level German speaker and are fluent in English
  • You thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment and bring several years of experience in similar Customer Success/Account Management positions
  • You have a track record of overachieving channel sales revenue goals and quotas
  • You are absolutely partner-centric and are a talented networker and relationship manager
  • You have years of partner sales experience within SaaS or other technically complex products
  • You have experience working with CRM software – ideally Salesforce
