Partner Development Manager
Key Responsibilities (What you will be doing)
As part of this role, the PDM will execute the recruitment strategy for the Americas and work with the Regional Channel Manager & VP of Channel to identify, qualify & prioritize partners, and lead the recruitment and partnership activity. This includes aligning investment to where Exclaimer needs partner capacity.
The PDM will also be responsible for the creation and execution of robust business, go to market and ramp up plans to accelerate Partner enablement and drive Exclaimer’s long term revenue growth strategy.
Delivering robust partner enablement for partners is also key to this role, focusing on business development, technical and sales enablement and lead generation activities to support the partner community.
Develop business capabilities within the partner portfolio, based on local capacity requirements and solution/practice map with inputs from Channel Management teams.
Secure and coordinate resources and programs to enable partner capacity growth for current and new capabilities.
Connect partners to the Go To Market motions and build a trusted advisory partnership.
Driving business growth in partner community through delivery of cosponsored business plans, sales incentive campaigns, and cross sell and upsell GTM motions.
