Qualifyze has grown from 2 founders in Frankfurt to over 40 employees based in both Germany and Barcelona – all in just over 1.5 years! As our digital platform continues to expand, we are looking for a Principal UX Designer to help us redefine the ways quality assurance is done, making pharmaceuticals more safe and accessible. As a User Experience Principal you will

• Guide, challenge and build our understanding of the experience our product should deliver

• Be the main voice of the user in a multidisciplinary product development team

• Support features development with well-argued and communicated design directions in the form of wireframes, copy and other methods fit for the purpose

• Ensure a cohesive UX across the product by defining and implementing design principles and initiatives

• Foster design thinking and user understanding among your colleagues across teams and functions

• Help us build a growing product design & development team

Job requirements

What we expect
 

• 6 or more years of experience in a similar role, leading UX design, research or copy for AAA-products in a senior position (Head of, Principal, Lead, Architect…)

• Education in the areas of HCI, Interaction Design, Communication Design, Psychology or other design-related disciplines

• Experience driving user research & usability testing

• At your best in an fast-paced and open-communication environment driven by agile methodologies

• Stellar communication and presentation skills
