Renoir is proud to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced Interim Chief Executive Officer to join an investor backed B2B SaaS Fintech Finance Embedded Solutions Platform.

The role:

Following a change in investment strategy, a sale is now imminent and they urgently require an Interim CEO to perform the following:

• Lead all current and future marketplace support services that 
• Establish a growth strategy together with investors and shareholders that will globally serve customers
• Take the advisory lead and offer stable leadership across the business during what will likely be a turbulent next 6 months.

The company:

• 130 FTE employees based in the UK
• A B2B SaaS Fintech offering Finance Embedded Solutions
• On a high growth trajectory, with a solid runway and are investing heavily in hiring strong talent across all functions
• A transparent and honest culture: you’ll join a super bright and friendly team with exposure to working with the entire business

Desired skills and experience:

• You have 10+ years’ experience working as a Chief Executive. A true leader and builder and someone who is passionate about creating a first in class business.
• Possess knowledge of commercialisation strategy ideally at pace with a view to sale/exit
• Are driven by outcomes and enjoy fast paced environments
• Able to conduct research on your own including defining goals, methodologies, and clearly communicating insights
• Operational and hands on, working closely with the sales, marketing and operational team to execute business and investor goals.
