Their SaaS platform is changing the future of industrial work by delivering contextualised, on-the-job assistance to frontline workers.
Their connected worker application is already vital to many clients in the CPG industry, their first but not only target customer segment, and already core to the operational excellence journey for some of the world’s largest manufacturers.
Their goal is to help shape the role of people in the future of industrial work.
Key to their expansion plans is the continual evolution of their Customer Success team, and the next vital hire is an Implementation Manager.

The Team
The Customer Success team is part of the overall GTM team – with a growth mindset, Customer Success helps tie the knot between the Sales, Product, and Marketing teams. The no-code platform allows customers to grow as wide and as far as their imagination takes them, and the CS team is there to support them along the entire customer journey, ensuring value realisation leading to expansion revenue.  

The Role
As an Implementation Manager, you will use your skillset to build key relationships with your manufacturing customers to ensure they are engaged, active, and growing. It will be your responsibility to work proactively with the largest customers to use outcome-based reporting and KPIs to show a return on investment.
You will help to build the methodical and insightful approach they will use with clients to grow predictably and successfully. With this in place, you will help to grow and firmly establish a footprint within the largest customer organisations.
What’s you’ll be excited by…..

  • Taking a leading role on implementing the product across a fast growing client base including project management, training delivery, and configuration.
  • Understanding how our product aligns with customer processes – you can see why you could love helping our clients translate process to digital execution
  • Designing a multi-site roll out plan with repeatable templates.
  • Helping deliver multi-site rollouts ensuring project timelines are met and roll out cadence is delivered.
  • Helping to create client specific and generic training materials and content.
  • Working closely with the CS team to ensure harmony in delivery across accounts.
  • Maintaining good product and business knowledge around new feature releases
  • Communicating "Best Practice" workflows within the team
  • Actively providing feedback on bugs/customer opportunities
  • Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product & Engineering to resolve customer business issues.

What you’ll need to apply for the role….

  • Manufacturing experience or experience with complex software deployment


  • Experience in delivering a structured project and involvement with many key stakeholders at different levels of seniority


  • Creativity in finding an implementation approach that works for the customer and creating a bespoke blueprint.

  • Ability to represent the voice of the customer in internal cross functional meetings with product / engineering / marketing etc.


  • Extensive project management experience, excited about being involved and managing multiple projects at the same time

  • Passionate about proactive communication, wants to keep everyone (internal and external) updated and aligned to the goals of the projects.


  • Willingness to reflect and share lessons learned and thoughtfully evolve and change with us as we learn more together.
