Your challenges:

– You maintain and expand the existing business and build up a Germany-wide sales team
– In addition, you are responsible overall for the development of sales structures and processes as well as effective sales controlling
– In addition, your tasks will include the active generation of leads and the uniform conversion to new customers

Your are the right fit if:

– You have completed commercial training, preferably in the field of forwarding, industry or trade
– Additionally or alternatively, you have several years of relevant professional experience in sales
– Several years of leadership experience is desirable; Experience in customs and tax law as well as logistical processes would be ideal
– Very good dealings with people combined with an independent and structured way of working as well as entrepreneurial thinking round off your profile
