The Role:
In order to achieve scale a critical hire for them is a Head Sales Development, who can take over a team of 8 SDRs and OBRs and drive 3x team growth in 18 months. You will be responsible for driving SQLs for the commercial teams across EMEA and will work very closely with the Marketing.

  • Manage the entire Sales Development function for soldo
  • Focus on driving leads across Mid-Market clients
  • 70% Leads from Inbound and 30% Outbound
  • Scale team from 8 to 25+ in 18 months

Desired Skills and Experiences:

We are looking for a UK Sales Development leader who is extremely comfortable taking over an existing team of and can triple the team size to 25. You need to be comfortable managing an established sales development pipeline and able to help drive 100% YoY growth.

  • Inside Sales Leader
  • Understanding of SaaS
  • Scale SDR and OBR team to 25 people
  • Continue to build the playbook for the Sales Development function
  • Excellent Oral, Written and Interpersonal Skills
