We are seeking an ambitious and analytically-minded Head of Revenue Operations to lead our commercial operations function. This is a high-impact leadership role that will enable strategic alignment, scalability, and execution excellence across our revenue-generating teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning
    • Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute GTM strategies across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
    • Lead the annual revenue planning process, including forecasting, capacity planning, and pipeline modelling.
  • Process Optimisation & Enablement
    • Design and implement scalable sales processes, ensuring alignment across functions and markets.
    • Own commercial enablement initiatives, including onboarding, playbooks, and continuous learning.
    • Lead the people, process and technology integration for acquired GTM functions.
  • Data & Insights
    • Develop and manage dashboards, analytics, and reporting for sales performance, effectiveness, and customer health.
    • Deliver actionable insights to drive conversion, retention, and expansion opportunities.
  • Tech Stack
    • Own or influence the end-to-end GTM tech stack (Marketing Automation and Outreach, CRM, Conversational Intelligence, Analytics, AI / Automation), ensuring system integrity and efficiency.
    • Oversee tool implementation, user adoption, and integration across the revenue organisation.
  • Governance
    • Establish pricing, discounting, and contract governance in collaboration with Finance and Legal.
    • Ensure data hygiene and compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Strategy leadership role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • RevOps advocate, with personal interest in leveraging the latest tools and techniques to drive revenue performance and efficiency.
  • Dedicated people leader with proven ability to hire, retain and develop top talent.
  • Experience in scaling operations in a high-growth business (£10m–£100m ARR range preferred).
  • High proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred), data tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Einstein) and ability to optimise integrations at API-level.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior leadership.
  • Analytical thinker with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to translate data into actionable insight.
  • Experience in or understanding of the healthcare sector is a strong advantage but not essential.
