With a strong emphasis on working in partnership with leading technology firms alongside industry bodies we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Partnerships and Alliances to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for building and nurturing partnerships.
What will you do?
- Drive new business generation by researching, engaging, and securing partners and alliances which increase Annual Recurring Revenue growth in line with Synectics go-to-market strategy.
- Create and manage your own targeted pipeline of high-value strategic and commercial engagements in order to reach personal targets and contribute to team targets.
- Proactively collaborate and understand how partner capabilities will add value to existing and new verticals for Synectics.
- Use your specialist new business skills, sector knowledge, and commercial acumen to develop excellent relationships with key prospects and secure new partnerships to deliver against targets.
- Originate and negotiate third-party agreements for collaboration, which can include lead gen, services and product integration, organisation of joint marketing events.
- Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on partner performance and market trends to senior management.
- Provide insights and ongoing support and training to Business Development teams to support their engagements across existing and new customers.
What you will need?
- Proven track record of establishing and scaling partnership programs, negotiating complex commercial agreements and driving significant revenue growth through maximising value from existing partnerships and acquiring new strategic partnerships.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable partnership strategies.
- Experience within a B2B SAAS environment.
- An in-depth knowledge of Fraud, AML, credit risk, Digital ID or RegTech.
- Self-motivated and results oriented, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- A passion for innovation and technology.
