The Head of Marketing will direct all marketing efforts, strategies, and programs, while being accountable for both pipeline generation and building awareness about Legal OS across Europe. The role will pave the way to satisfy the revenue goals of the organisation through the development and execution of well-designed demand generation campaigns aimed at building pipelines and PR aimed at awareness building. The role will work closely with the founders and product team product team, through the product release cycle and the launch of products to the market, keeping up to date on the competitive landscape, competitors’ positioning/messaging, and market intelligence.

The Role Itself:

  • This role will play a pivotal role in enabling product and sales, defining messaging and positioning, features/ benefits, and differentiation. 
  • Adopting a ‘test and learn’ experimental approach within the marketing department.
  • Testing things until failure and taking learnings to apply to future marketing campaigns.
  • Working closely with product and marketing teams to brief them with the user insights, value props and messaging in order to successfully execute go-to-market campaigns.
  • Running experiments to test hypotheses and bring analytical rigor to campaigns for informing the go-to-market strategy. Delivering campaigns with a strong bias for growth & business impact.
  • Reporting into the CEO/Founder.

What we require from you: 

  • 5+ years marketing experience.
  • Pre-product market fit experience.
  • Start-up/scale-up experience.
  • Experimentation focus, ‘growth hacker’ mindset without the fear of failure.
  • Someone who has a good foundation of multi-channel approaches and marketing operations.
  • Open to either B2B or B2C background, as long as the product they have been marketing is tech enabled.
  • Must be confident being hands on and taking on responsibilities outside of just marketing.
  • Excited about being a ‘builder’ and willingness to be an IC.
  • Problem solving mindset with a proactiveness to finding answers.
  • Native level English speaker.

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills: you are a charismatic, people-person that has the ability to talk to anyone and work in an ever-changing startup environment.
  • Mindset and attitude are key here, a real self-starter is required and someone who is passionate about what they are doing.
