To facilitate this expansion, we are seeking a Customer Success Leader to join our dynamic and rapidly growing Project Management AI tech company. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage:
- Act as the senior leader for the Customer Success team, setting the strategy and tone for customer engagement and expansion.
- Manage existing team members and new hires, including Project Managers (MOD PMs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
- Customer Lifecycle Management:
- Be accountable for the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding and enablement to retention and expansion.
- Ensure executive alignment, drive product adoption, and maintain strong customer relationships to facilitate renewal and growth.
- Collaboration and Strategy:
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and other teams to align customer goals with company objectives.
- Identify and qualify growth opportunities for strategic expansion and upsell.
- Customer Advocacy:
- Manage customer feedback and product needs, facilitating feature requests with internal teams.
- Conduct Monthly Success Meetings and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
- Metrics and Automation:
- Track and report on key metrics to ensure customer success and adoption.
- Promote automation and technology use within the role.
Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Customer Success leader, managing enterprise accounts in B2B SaaS environments.
- Experience in Construction Tech, Project Management, or knowledge of Data preferred.
- Proven ability to drive retention and growth while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written).
- Positive, self-starter attitude with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Experience in planning and executing Executive Business Reviews.
- Technical proficiency and ability to collaborate with engineering and product teams.
