The Opportunity
LoyaltyLion are seeking a highly operational, hands-on GTM Team Lead to lead and optimise our go-to-market strategy across Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Marketing. This leadership role demands both strategic oversight and tactical execution to accelerate growth, streamline processes, and ensure alignment across all revenue-generating departments.

Role Overview
As the GTM Team Lead, you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with other senior leaders to drive cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy, aligning teams to ensure that commercial success is fully optimised from lead generation to post sales. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys diving deep into the sales operations while leading teams to commercial success.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Cross-Department Leadership: Ensure Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Marketing are aligned on priorities and working together to optimise the end-to-end revenue funnel.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Be deeply involved in day-to-day operations across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure strategies are effectively executed.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Lead an established Sales team and work closely with marketing and revenue ops to generate inbound and outbound leads, optimise closing rates, and improve overall sales efficiency.
  • Customer Success: Collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding, retention, and expansion of customers, enhancing customer lifetime value.
  • Marketing Strategy: Work with the Marketing team to refine brand and demand generation strategies, ensuring they contribute meaningfully to inbound revenue growth.
  • Revenue Operations: Work alongside Revenue Operations to ensure systems, data, and processes are optimized to support the entire GTM team.
  • Board-Level Reporting: Represent GTM initiatives and results at board meetings and communicate the performance of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Required Experience:

  • Demonstrated leadership in a SaaS, SMB-focused company, driving revenue growth from +£10m ARR.
  • Proven experience leading both Sales and Marketing teams, with a hands-on approach to managing inbound and outbound strategies.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Customer Success and Revenue Operations to align all go-to-market efforts.
  • Ability to thrive in high-velocity environments with a focus on high-impact actions rather than perfection.
