Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM)


What You’ll Do

Foresight Works (FSW) is currently growing at a fast pace following a fresh round of investment in late 2024. To support this growth, we’re looking for Enterprise Customer Success Managers to join our team in New York, London, or Tel Aviv. You will join our dynamic and rapidly growing construction AI tech company serving major construction enterprises across the globe, responsible for the world’s biggest megaprojects.

As a CSM, you will play a key role in keeping customers delighted while driving product adoption, business outcomes, and success. You should be comfortable engaging at a senior level, backed by a strong understanding of our customer’s business, and become an internal champion of the business outcomes most critical to their needs. Key to this role is the ability to articulate value, inspire customers to embrace the value of FSW, and encourage adoption and expansion.

The ideal candidate should possess strong business and analytical expertise as well as robust account management experience, ideally either coming from a construction background or possessing strong project management skills/experience. You will work closely with our Sales and Professional Services teams to ensure the success of FSW’s strategic customers, maximizing customer retention rates and driving growth through engagements that generate additional opportunities. You will ultimately be responsible for the health, satisfaction, retention, and growth of your portfolio of customers and partners.

  • Internal: Onboarding Managers, Sales, Technical Teams, Product Team
  • External: Planning Teams, Delivery Teams, Project Managers/Directors

Responsibilities

  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Lead the entire customer lifecycle, including onboarding, enablement, maintaining a healthy steady state, executive alignment, renewal, and growth of the partnership.
  • Account Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders in your account portfolio to maximize adoption and retention.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify and execute strategic expansion opportunities to drive growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, engineering, sales, and other teams to align with customer business goals and agreed outcomes.
  • Customer Feedback Management: Facilitate feature requests and address customer needs with internal teams.
  • Engagements and Reporting: Conduct regular Monthly Success Meetings, Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), and track key metrics to ensure customer success and adoption.
  • Revenue Acceleration: Identify key strategies for upsell opportunities and work to accelerate revenue growth.

Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Experience: 5+ years in a Customer Success role managing enterprise accounts in B2B SaaS environments. Experience in project management, construction tech or digital infrastructure (data centre ecosystem) desirable.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills. Proven success in planning and executing EBRs.
  • Technical Background: Familiarity with technical product management and automation tools.
  • Attitude: Positive, self-starter with attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
  • Cultural Fit: Embody FSW’s values and act as a brand ambassador.
