Job Summary

The New Business Account Executive will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and securing new business opportunities within mid-market & Enterprise accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company and be part of its ambitious expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities within mid-market & Enterprise accounts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of potential clients' business challenges and demonstrate how Cloudsmith's solutions can address their needs.
  • Develop a compelling point of view on how and why each prospective client would benefit from becoming a Cloudsmith customer.
  • Educate and engage prospective clients to develop awareness of their challenges and the need to take action.
  • Help potential customers make a confident decision on whether Cloudsmith’s solution is the right fit.
  • Nurture and develop relationships through long sales cycles.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic, drive initiative, and focus on results.
  • Represent Cloudsmith at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

Candidate Experience

  • Strong commercial skills and a proven track record in new business sales.
  • Experience in IT sales, particularly in software, cloud, or DevOps solutions.
  • 1-3 years of sales-related experience, with demonstrated success in meeting sales targets.
