Enterprise Account Executive, Nordics @ Siteimprove

With their upcoming plans for an IPO, this is an incredibly exciting time to join.

Siteimprove offers the world's most comprehensive cloud-based Digital Presence Optimization (DPO) software. After the recent acquisition by Nordic Capital, Siteimprove are on course to more than triple headcount and are on a solid trajectory to IPO.  

The Role: 
Siteimprove is looking for an experienced high-performing SaaS sales specialist to help them scale in the Nordics and be part of a company undergoing rapid -growth and commercial transformation. 

Some top line details of what you can expect:

  • Average deal size: €100k-€500k+
  • Quota: €600-€800k
  • Dedicated 1-2-1 Enterprise BDR support

On top of this, on offer to you is:

  • a fantastic base salary (ca. €90-130k)
  • opportunity for stock options post-probation
  • extremely generous commission structure

Desired Skills and Experiences: 
Siteimprove want consultative AEs who understand marketing and who understand what marketing executives are facing as their business digitally transforms during these ever-changing times. 

  • Generate significant Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from existing and net new logo's across the Enterprise territory in the Nordics.
  • Have responsibility and access to selling the full suite of products and solutions across Siteimprove’s portfolio and platform.
  • Run sales cycles efficiently and lead cross functional collaboration amongst solution engineering, value engineering, marketing, business development and Customer Success teams in support of your customer facing responsibilities
  • Engage at c-suite or executive committee with confidence and buildstrong, lasting relationships by adding value to [their] business objectives. Being able to clearly articulate business value is of utmost importance
  • Prepare and execute on account and territory plans in association with the Head of Enterprise Sales
  • Comfortable communicating with the C-Suite of organisations with +€2BN turnover / Deal sizes +€500k
