We are now recruiting a creative and focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our dynamic team based in Central London. We are seeking candidates who are strong team players, have great communications skills and enjoy building strong relationships with people. Must have 2 – 3+ years experience in a quota-carrying SaaS sales or commercial role and have a strong track record of renewing and upselling key accounts.

Key activities


  • To manage the internal handover from the Sales team and successfully onboard new Customers
  • To train new Customers with respect to the features & functionality of the Huq platform and relevant products

Account Management:

  • To clearly identify the success criteria for a Customer
  • To proactively manage the account to meet and exceed the Customer’s goals
  • To proactively manage any Customer support requests on behalf of the Customer with the various analyst and technical teams within Huq

Sales Management:

  • To rigorously follow the defined Huq sales process for Upsells and Renewals
  • To identify and engage relevant stakeholders in the sales process for Upsells and Renewals
  • To proactively manage the sales process through to contract signature

Sales Reporting:

  • To ensure that daily / weekly KPIs are up to date and available in reporting dashboards
  • To ensure Salesforce is completely up to date with detailed information on all activities

Review & Learning:

To provide relevant detailed feedback to Product and Data teams to continually improve the Huq platform & products

Key Performance Indicators:

The key measures of the success of this role are the number of:

  • Customer satisfaction (Net Promoter Score)
  • Number and value (ACV) of Upsells closed won per month
  • Number and value (ACV) of Renewals

Key Skills / Experience:

  • Strong communication & listening skills (both verbal and written)
  • Proven track record in achieving sales quota in a Saas / data analytics business
  • Experience in Account Management / Customer Success roles
  • Organised with a good attention to detail
  • Strong team player – ability to collaborate with other members of the Huq team
  • A consultative approach, the ability to listen, understand and solve problems
