About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record of managing complex, high-stakes initiatives within the Ministry of Defence (MOD) or similar security-cleared environments. This role involves driving MOD-focused initiatives, ensuring seamless project delivery, and collaborating across teams to meet compliance and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Develop and implement detailed project plans that meet MOD-specific requirements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for MOD stakeholders, maintaining credibility and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Compliance Adherence: Ensure all activities align with stringent MOD compliance and security standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with FSW founders, marketing, customer success, and product teams to align objectives and deliver impactful results.
  • Operational Execution: Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to maintain delivery excellence.

Key Requirements

  • Proven Expertise: Extensive experience as a Project or Programme Manager, ideally within a top consultancy (e.g., Accenture) or a comparable role.
  • MOD Knowledge: Familiarity with the MOD ecosystem or equivalent security-cleared environments, including strong communication skills for engaging with MOD stakeholders.
  • Security Clearance: Current clearance or demonstrable ability to pass stringent security vetting processes.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment while maintaining institutional-grade professionalism.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication in English (native-level proficiency required).
