Meridia, a pioneering Dutch AgriTech SaaS company, is seeking a dynamic Chief Revenue Officer to join their leadership team and drive the next stage of growth.

About the Role
As CRO, you will be at the helm of revenue strategy and execution, playing a vital role as Meridia scales from Series A to Series B. You will:

• Spearhead revenue growth from €2.8M to €10M+ over the next three years.

• Optimise go-to-market strategies and build the GTM Team, encompassing Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales functions.

• Drive Mid-Market and Enterprise sales, working with a client base that includes enterprise ACVs (€200k), professional (€50k), and light tiers (€20k).

• Collaborate closely with leadership to prepare for future funding rounds and expansion.

About You
We are seeking an accomplished leader with a proven track record in B2B SaaS growth. Whether you have held a CRO or CCO role or are ready to step up from a senior commercial leadership position, you will bring:

• Expertise in driving ARR growth within SaaS businesses.

• Experience in building and leading high-performing commercial teams.

• A passion for sustainability and mission-driven work, with the ability to inspire teams and clients to embrace this vision.

• The ability to thrive in a hybrid working environment, based in the Netherlands.
