The Company:
We're currently seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a 600-people, €300m ARR, profitable, PE-backed, German B2B SaaS company. The business has made 13 strategic acquisitions over the past 3 years and the company provides essential software to +5,000 clients and over 80,000 end users, making it the market leader in EMEA.
The company has acquired a leading business in Switzerland and now need a CEO to manage the business and region. The company was founded 15 years ago and currently generates around €10m ARR and the goal is to 3x this over the next 3 years, through further client acquisition and cross selling the entire portfolio of products into the exciting client base.
This unique position in the wider company, you will report directly to the Group CEO and you will join the senior leadership team, playing a pivotal role in building a European category leader.
Your mission:

1. Develop and execute strategies to drive commercial growth in Switzerland, including the launch of new products, into existing clients.
2. Identify and pursue new clients, which could be in new customer segments, or via new products/services offered on the company's platform.
3. Lead or be heavily involved in M&A activities, identifying potential acquisition targets or merger partners, conducting due diligence, and overseeing the integration of acquired companies.
4. Scale revenue from circa €10m to €30m over the next three years

Desired Skills and Experiences:
At least ten years of experience in a high-level commercial leadership role in a B2B technology/EPR or SaaS environment with both Enterprise and SME customers.
Native German speaker with experience or interest in working in a multicultural environment.
Proven track record in:

• Implementing successful commercial growth strategies
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Selling B2B software into a wide range of clients
• Leading M&A activities in Switzerland
