ZEREN are partnering with a mission led, data driven AI HRTech SaaS scale up who help large blue-chip companies drive employee engagement feedback for remote workforces.
Remote workers make up 80% of the world’s workforceand their goal is to help large global businesses empower their employees by giving them a voice by utilising video AI technology which can drive sentiment of workers back to global HR functions and drive change.

The Role:
We are now recruiting for our first sales hire which will be an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing early-stage business in which you will have the opportunity to build and scale the function.
- Selling into the C-suite of the Globe’s largest organisations
- Strategic sales – Managing complex sales cycles between 6-18 months
- Closing deals between £100k-£1M ARR
- Targeting companies valued +$2BN
- Regions of focus: UK&I, EMEA & US
- Flexi working – Remote, can work from anywhere
- Salary – Circa £80k base + 100% comms (uncapped)
Key Experience
- Commercial mindset with a focus on driving long-term customer value
- Experience in Seed to Series B scale-up environment
- Experience working with senior HR stakeholders would be beneficial, but not essential Ability to define metrics and utilise data to improve customer experience
- Experience of working collaboratively with cross functional teams internally
- A consultative approach, the ability to listen, understand and solve problems
- Strong communication & listening skills (both verbal and written)
