About the job:
As part of the new "German" sales team, you will be in charge of building up a long- term relationship with new and existing clients and ramp up the market across Germany and DACH- region. 

Within this role, you will:

  • Inspire and educate potential customers about the value of Payhawk
  • Run prospecting techniques, lead qualification and online demos through to closing the sale
  • Build lasting relationships with leaders and decision makers
  • Keep records of all interactions with prospects using our CRM
  • Make recommendations based on customers' business needs and usage patterns
  • Lead and participate in team projects to develop and refine our sales process
  • Working with the product and technical teams to drive the product strategy
  • Based on knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators

 What skills make you a fit:

  • ​​​​​​​At least 2 years of experience in a Software-as-a-Service company in a sales-related role such as Account Executive, Inside Sales or Pre-Sales
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Copper or others
  • Experience with sales automation tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Dux Soup and others
  • The ability to approach and acquire new customers
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiation principles
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational skills and time management
  • Enthusiastic, passionate and goal-oriented
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales or marketing
  • Ability to travel light
