About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive new business and support customer growth across Europe, including the UK. This remote role is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong background in SaaS sales and a keen interest in the renewable energy space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of business development within your assigned region or account portfolio.

  • Actively promote our software solutions to targeted prospects in the wind energy sector.

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to meet and exceed ambitious growth targets.

  • Develop and execute cross-selling strategies to expand revenue from existing accounts.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to support brand visibility and trust in the market.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are understood and delivered upon effectively.

Your Profile

  • Proven track record in senior-level SaaS sales roles.

  • Experience selling into the wind energy industry (onshore and/or offshore) is highly desirable. A strong professional network in the sector is a major plus.

  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies; experience with MEDDICC is preferred.

  • Excellent relationship management, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering value and outstanding service.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven – thrives both independently and in collaborative environments.

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset.
